HELEN MAURINE EZELL
1923 - 2005


Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Lane, today, April 26, at 1:00 p.m., for Helen Maurine Beleele Ezell.
Helen was born to Charles Floyd Beleele and Lola Merle McVey Beleele in Stroud, Oklahoma.
She married Raymond L. Ezell, August 27, 1942 and shared 51 years of marriage until Mr. Ezell passed away in 1993.
Helen was a proud homemaker.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church for 54 years, teaching Sunday School for 35 years.
She is survived by her children, Judy Stoller and husband, Pat of Bakersfield; Jerry L. Ezell and wife, Donna of Shafter; Joyce Heinrichs and husband, Ted of San Diego and Jan Lawrence and husband, Joe of Bakersfield. Her family also includes eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Helen is also survived by her sister, Roberta Duncan of Tecumsuh, Oklahoma and brother, Jesse Joe Beleele of Allen, Texas and her lifetime friend, Vontella Knapp of Bakersfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, James Beleele of Anadarko, Oklahoma, George Beleele of Cheyenne, Wyoming and David Beleele ofBristow, Oklahoma.
Helen also enjoyed sewing, embroidering and after her husbands retirement she enjoyed traveling with friends and family. Mothers life was centered around her love of family and God and her beautiful smile will be remembered by all who knew her.
We wish to thank the staff of Hoffmann Hospice for their wonderful care and support.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Helens name to Hoffmann Hospice or Central Baptist Church.
