ALBERT CECIL DUGAN
1932 - 2016


Albert Cecil Dugan was born on February 12, 1932, in Cove, Arkansas, and departed this life on Monday, January 11, 2016, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 83.
Albert, the son of Walter Scott and Alma Smith Duggan, was a resident of Prague.
He married Rosemary “Peggy” Southerland on November 26, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He worked for Wolverine and S&S Feed.
Albert was a member of Prague Free Will Baptist Church.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, gardening and caring for farm animals, especially horses.
Albert’s parents, brothers, Bill, Hoyt and Curtis Duggan and sister, Myrtle McGee preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Rosemary Dugan of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Toni Dugan of Prague; daughter, Rena Ligon and her companion, Clayton Stover of Prague; grandchildren, Colby Dugan, Ginni Lou Dugan, Bradley and Michelle Jenkins and Kim and Jason Turner; great grandchildren, Austen, Sophia, Alaynia and Braxtyn; brother, Jerry Duggan of Wilburton; sister and brother-in-law, Laverne and Monroe Bailey of Collinsville as well as other family and friends.
The Dugan family will receive friends on Thursday, January 14, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Brother Randall Miller officiating.
Interment will follow at Little Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
