MARCELLE EFFIE AUWEN
1921 - 2011


Marcella Effie Bacher Auwen died in her sleep on her 90th birthday, October 28, 2011.
She was the daughter of Lewis and Effie Bacher born on October 28, 1921 in Uncas, Oklahoma.
She worked for many years at Tinker Air Force Base as a Cataloging Supervisor until she retired.
Marcella was preceded in death by her parents; husband Fred L. Auwen and son Orrel Dixson, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Fred M. Auwen and his wife Patricia of Wellston; daughters, Donna Harriet and her husband Denis of Wellston; Marta Walker and her husband Fred of Choctaw; and numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2011 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at the Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Wellston Senior Center or Angelic Hospice of Shawnee.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
