James Wilburn Flud

James Wilburn Flud was born April 25, 1936 in Apache, Oklahoma to Ray and Nina (Bell) Flud. He passed away December 14, 2020 in Edmond at the age of 84.

James was a Godly man who loved his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, playing music, and fellowship with family and friends. James was a career mechanic but a Jack of all trades by experience and loved to work with his hands. He plain spoken in a good way and you always knew where you stood with him. He was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Chandler.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Nina Flud; daughter, Judy Manning; granddaughter, Cindy Manning; and son, Jerry Flud. Survivors include his wife of almost 68 years, Beulah (Young) Flud of the home; children, Jimmy Flud of OKC, Diana Flud of Chandler, Kathy Long and husband Scott of Texas, Billy Flud and wife Tami of Chandler; daughter-in-law, Barbara Terry of OKC; 11 grandchildren, 10, great-grandchildren; sisters, Reba Lewis of Pennsylvania, Betty Lyons of New Mexico; along with many other family members and friends.

A funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Brad Severs officiating and interment following in the Luther Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
