Leroy "Bubba" Dailey, Jr., of Crowder, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2025, at the age of 58. He was born on December 9, 1966, in Denison, Texas, to Leroy and Bobbie (Cummins) Dailey. He married Sandra Marie Holt on December 3, 1988, in Denison, Texas.
Leroy worked as a maintenance worker at Crowder Lake. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and rarely missed a game. He enjoyed spending time with friends, especially when it involved a good game of horseshoes or BBQ. His dogs held a special place in his heart, and he was happiest with them by his side. Known for his adventurous spirit, he was often called a daredevil, never shying away from a challenge. Above all, he will be remembered for his willingness to help anyone in need.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two sisters Karen Taylor of Greenville, Texas and Marilyn Arnold of Colbert, Oklahoma, his children Lisley Holt, Cody Holt, and Dustin Holt, his three grandchildren including Jordan Roman, Brendan Roman, and Alexis Roman, all of Sherman, Texas, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and other family members.
Preceding him in death are his wife Sandra Dailey, parents Leroy and Bobbie Dailey, sister Joanne Andrews, nephews Kenneth and David Dugger, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
Family Hour is set for Monday, August 25, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., in the Holmes-CoffeyMurray Funeral Home Chapel. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Carney Family Cemetery in Savanna, Oklahoma.
Bryndan Dugger, Tanner Dugger, Cash Dugger, Jordan Dugger, Daniel Freeman and Connor Freeman will serve as pallbearers.
Services are under the care of Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home, 121 North 5th Ave. Durant, Oklahoma 74701.
