Jacob Ulmon Hollan, 22, of Konawa, formerly of the Summerfield / Reichert area, died Thursday, Oct. 12, at Konawa.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the Leflore School gymnasium.

Burial will be in Summerfield Cemetery under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home, Heavener.
