Ruby Lee Prock, 79, of Red Oak, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Red Oak Assembly of God in Red Oak, Oklahoma with Reverend Randy Holmes officiating.

The burial will follow at North Rock Creek Cemetery under the direction of Jones Harkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Alexander, Colton Wynn, Tim Christopher, Bobby Ketcher, Robert Ketcher, and Rick Ketcher. Honorary Pallbearer will be Michael Crane.

Ruby was born on February 24, 1943 to Clyde Ketcher and Jessie (Aaron) Ketcher in Wilburton, Oklahoma. She married Lonnie A. Prock on July 1, 1961 in Red Oak. Ruby retired from Eastern Oklahoma State College in the food service department. She was a member of the Red Oak Assembly of God. Ruby left this world in her sleep to walk with the angels. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her as a daughter, sister, friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Heaven rejoices at her arrival. The love she felt for her grandbabies and great grandbabies was evident, spending time with them gave her great joy. In her daily life if there was a need somewhere she tried to fill it. She loved to be on the go and remained active after her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Lonnie A. Prock; her son: Albert Prock; her daughter-in-law: Mary Ann Prock; her parents: Clyde Ketcher and Jessie (Aaron) Ketcher; and her brother: Clyde Ed Ketcher.

Ruby is survived by her daughter: Vickie Kelly and spouse, Terry of Wilburton; her grandchildren: Justin Prock and spouse, Jerrica of Red Oak, Tabetha Prock and spouse, Heather of Red Oak, Katiera Alexander and spouse, Andrew of Howe, Hailey Lovell and spouse, Clay of Texas, Emma Kelly and spouse, Colton of Wilburton, Laurin Summers and spouse, Zach of El Reno, Jeremiah Kelly and spouse, Cali of Wilburton, Joshua Kelly and spouse, Ramie of Wilburton; her 24 great grandchildren; her brother: Robert Ketcher and spouse, Tammy of Wilburton; her sister: Joyce Bowen and spouse, Ronnie of Stringtown; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
