Billie Fran (Covoleskie) Donoley, 91, died on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at her home in Wilburton.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Lutie Cemetery with Bain Durant officiating. The burial will follow under the direction of Jones Harkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be her great grandsons: Cody Donoley, T.J. Donoley, Chet Donoley, Hunter Donoley, Reed Williams, Wyatt Williams and Hudson Williams.


Billie was born on October 27, 1931 to Bessie Edith (Tiner) Covoleskie and Tony Covoleskie in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. She married Bill Guy Donoley, Jr. on June 9th, 1948 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Billie enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening, and flower arrangement. She was Past Worthy Matron, Ruth of the Eastern Star Aichihoyo No. 104, and a Rainbow Mom. Billie worked as a secretary for Cable TV, Southern Ice, and for the TV and Appliance store.
 

She is survived by her children: Bill Guy Donoley, III and wife, Penny, David Donoley and wife, Patricia, Betsy Donoley, and Becky McFadden and husband, Cary all of Wilburton; her grandchildren: J.R. Donoley and wife, Sonja, Heather Watson and husband, Brian, Chad Donoley and Jaime Misenheimer, Eric Donoley and Jody McKay, Bridgette Owens Dycus and husband, Donnie, and granddaughter-in-law: Diane Donoley all of Wilburton; her great grandchildren: Cody Donoley of Wilburton, Bill “T.J.” Guy Donoley, V and wife, Brook of Del City, Chet Donoley, Hunter Donoley, Reed Williams, Wyatt Williams, Hudson Williams, Ava Watson all of Wilburton; her special friends: Sue Wagner, Dr. Ricardo and Mila Valbuena, John Gibson, and Joe Coy.
 

Billie is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years: Bill Guy Donoley, Jr., her daughter: Beth Donoley Owens, her grandson: Bill “Tiger” Guy Donoley IV; her parents: Bessie (Tiner) Covoleskie and Tony Covoleskie; her sisters: Margie Davis, and Georgie Nolie.
