Died 14 Feb. 1983

Funeral for Phyllis D. Watts, 56, 2118 E. Walnut, who died Monday in a local hospital, will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday in Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Max Colaw will officiate. Burial will follow in Lyon Valley Cemetery, northeast of Hennessey.

Mrs. Watts was born Oct. 1, 1926, at Waukomis. She lived in various places in Oklahoma and attended school at Hennessey. On April 26, 1981, she and Larry Watts were married.

Survivors include her husband, Larry; one daughter, Gloria Griffith, Independence, Mo.; one son, Merle W. Fleener, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; three sisters, Mary Gallagher, Wichita Falls, Texas, Beulah McKee and Clara Millions, both of Enid; four grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
