The funeral for Nancy Ann Franklin, 46, of Hennessey, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at First United Methodist Church, Hennessey. Burial will be in Lyon Valley Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.

She was born Oct. 27, 1962, in Kingfisher to William F. and Dorothy Brown Gritz and died Sunday, July 26, 2009, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, Enid.

She was a 1980 graduate of Hennessey High School.  She married Brent Franklin Sept. 27, 19

Surviving are her husband, Brent, of the home; one son, Jason Franklin; two daughters, Stacie Wood and Maegan Franklin, both of Hennessey; her father, William F. “Bill” Gritz; one brother, William J. “Billy” Gritz; two sisters, Sally McCartney and Wilma Bohnstedt; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to American Heart Association.
