The funeral for Pauline Smith, 83, of Blackwell, formerly of Kingfisher will be 10 a.m. Monday in the First United Methodist Church, Kingfisher. The Revs. Michael Strange and Sheila Combs-Francis will officiate.

Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Sanders Funeral Service, Kingfisher.

She was born in Kingfisher to David and Edith Pierce Foster and died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008, at Hillcrest-Manor Nursing Center, Blackwell.

She grew up in the Big 4 area. She married Wayne Smith June 1, 1947, in Kingfisher. He was in the military and they lived in several places. They retired to Kingfisher.

Surviving are her children, Kathlyn Caldron of Ponca City, Barbara Tenbrink of Mascoutah, Ill., Vivian K. Curtis of Lenexa, Kan., Carol Smith of Bartlesville and Dorothy Perdue and James Foster, both of Kingfisher.

In addition to her husband, Wayne, she was preceded in death by one grandson.
