Enid News and Eagle (OK) - November 20, 2009

The funeral for Robert Larry Shue, 30, Kingfisher, will be 10 a.m. today, Nov. 21, 2009, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Stephen Hamilton will officiate.

Burial will follow in Kingfisher Cemetery .

Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service.

He was born Feb. 8, 1979, in Parsons, Kan., to Larry Robert and Mary Coomes Dillinger and died Nov. 16, 2009, from injuries received in an industrial accident in Hastings, Minn. He spent his early years in Kansas and moved to Kingfisher with his mother. He was adopted by his stepfather, Claude Shue. He graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1997.

Survivors include his wife April, of the home; two daughters, Meghan and Ryann Shue, both of Kingfisher; his biological father, Larry Robert Dillinger of South Mound , Kan.; his parents Claude and Mary Coomes Shue, Kingfisher; one sister Ashley Shue of Kingfisher and one brother, Carl Shue, who is serving in the Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, Calif.

Memorials may be made to the Robert Larry Shu Scholarship Fund for the education of his daughters.
