The funeral for Lovene Ann Helt, 74, of Oklahoma City will be 10 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, Kingfisher. The Rev. Michael Strange will officiate. Burial will follow at Kingfisher Cemetery under direction of Sanders Funeral Service.

She was born Sept. 29, 1930, in Oklahoma City to Frank and Emma Skarky and died Sunday, June 19, 2005, at her home.

She was a graduate of Kingfisher High School. She married Bob Helt March 6, 1949, in Kingfisher. They moved to Oklahoma City in 1952.

Surviving are her husband, Bob; one brother, Loren; seven children; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Oklahoma County or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
