Geraline Ruth Gutowsky died June 26, 2012 in Helena, MT.

Geraline was born Nov. 2, 1925 in OKC to Viola (Williamson) and Lon Bryant. She was the third of six girls, all from OKC. She graduated from Capital Hill High School. She later met & married LeRoy (Ace) E. Gutowsky in Oct. 1947, in OKC. They later moved to McAllen, TX where they lived until 1957. They had two children. Jerry and Kim. Geraline was first a very devoted mother and homemaker. Her family was the most important to her. She never missed a birthday or special occasion to spend w/ her children, husband or 5 sisters and their families. Geraline was an incredibly talented artist. She was a painter, seamstress and designer. She never met a stranger & had a smile for everyone she met. In 1992, Geraline moved to Helena to be with her son & his family, her grandchildren. She loved MT and the people who lived there.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, sisters, Gladys Weber, Veda Dolph, June McCain & JoAnn Hardin.

She is survived by her children and grandchildren; Jerry (Debbie) gutowsky Helena, MT, Kim (Ron) Vanderwal, OKC, Heather (Joe) Capri, Bozeman, MT, Kristin Gutowsky, Helena, MT, and her great grandchildren; Gianna, Ava, Gracyn & Porter.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home.

Interment will be 3:30 PM at Kingfisher Cemetery.

The family wishes for memorials to be made to the Humane Society in her name.
