The funeral for Pauline “Granny Pud” Ruth Trent Hill Crabtree will be 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday at First Christian Church, Kingfisher. John Sellers, pastor, will
officiate. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sanders
Funeral Service, Kingfisher.
She was born Nov. 23, 1925, to Rufus and Winifred Ruest Trent and died Friday,
May 25, 2007.
She graduated from White Rock schools. She married George Hill Sept. 5, 1944, in
Atoka. He died in 1968. She married Kenneth Crabtree in 1973 in Stroud. She was
employed in many jobs including working at Tinker Field for many years.
Surviving are three sons, George Hill of Tulsa, Ray Hill of Kingfisher and Gary
Hill of Springfield, Mo.; two daughters, Cassandra Campbell of McLoud and Marsha
Parker of Kingfisher; three sisters, Naomi Wallen of Oklahoma City, Linda King
of Ava, Mo., and Twyla King of Eufaula; two brothers, Fred Trent of Kingfisher
and James Trent of Moore; 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, George and Kenneth, she was preceded in death by
two brothers, one sister and one stepson.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to First Christian Church,
Russell-Murray Hospice or Kingfisher Regional Hospital.
