Okarche – Funeral services for Lisa Diane Keffer, 18, and her brother, Donald
Paul Arter, 17, will be at 2 PM Friday in the St. John's Lutheran Church in
Okarche with pastor Charles Bruner officiating.
They will be buried in the Kingfisher Cemetery. The Sanders Funeral Service of
Kingfisher is in charge of arrangements.
Lisa was born February 9, 1962, and Donald was born February 9, 1963, in
Oklahoma City, where they had spent most of their lives.
Lisa was employed at the Texaco station in Okarche. She is survived by two
children, Micha and Tara.
Surviving Lisa and Donald are there stepfather and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Art
(Colleen) Mueggenborg of Okarche; their father, Elbert Arter, Oklahoma City;
four brothers, David and Ronald Arter, Okarche, Larry Arter, Alamogordo, New
Mexico, and Danny Arter of California; three sisters, Connie Maass, Okarche,
Debbie Kuehn, Oklahoma City and Jeanie Fearrington, Mountain Home, Idaho.
A trust fund is being established for the children, Micha and Tara.
Those who wish may make contributions through the funeral home.
