Salomon Pardo, 72 entered the gates of Heaven Friday, December 3, 2021. He longed to be with the love of his life Sylvia, and now they rejoice together once again.
 

He was born on April 20, 1949 in Santa Brijida Coahulla Mexico to Ignacio and Maria De La Luze Duarte Pardo.

Salomon married Sylvia Torres in Tucson, Arizona on February 10, 1979. Shortly thereafter they moved to Hennessey.
 

Salomon was known for his outgoing personality, his sense of humor, and his orneriness. He never met a stranger and loved being around people.
 

He is survived by four sons Hugo Pardo and wife Isabel of Yukon, Cesar Pardo, and wife Martha of Hennessey; Salomon Pardo and wife Fabiola of Enid, Salomon Pardo, Jr. and wife Belen of Hennessey; two daughters Ana Justus and husband R. D. of Andrews, Texas, and Elizabeth Macias and husband Federico of Hennessey.


He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Sylvia. 
 

A viewing will be at Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home Monday, December 6, 2021, from 5:00-8:00 PM, and Tuesday, December 7, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The family will be at the Hennessey Event Center on Main St. Wednesday all day and evening. A viewing will be available there also.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Hennessey Cemetery Pavilion officiated by Fransisco Oropeza.
