Atha M (Burge) Mott

Atha Burge Mott, daughter of Mrs. Ora Burge and the late Buford Burge was born in Hennessey Oklahoma on March 27, 1921 and passed away in an Enid hospital July 8, 1956. 

On June 1, 1938 she was united in marriage with Harry Mott and to this union were born two sons Larry and Don Alan were born.  The family has lived in Hennessey most of the time where her husband is now employed.  She was an active member of the Rebekah Lodge and the First Baptist Church. 

She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, two sons Larry and Alan all of the home; her Mother, Mrs. Ora Burge , Hennessey; 3 sisters , Mrs. Frank Shaw, Hazel Burge, Hennessey, and Mrs. Jack Henry, Enid; three brothers ,Clifford, Hennessey, Emerson, Oklahoma City and Laverne, Kingfisher; other relatives and friends.

Her father and one brother preceded her in death.
