The funeral for Lovina Hyatt, 76, Hennessey, will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday December 30, 2015 at First Baptist Church officiated by Tim Taylor. Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Lovina was born at Abilene, Texas on November 24, 1939 to Ira and Phalby Bailey and died Saturday December 26, 2015 at Hennessey Care Center.

She married Jim Hyatt in Juarez, Mexico on May 9, 1959.

She is survived by one son Jim Hyatt and wife Paula, and one daughter Renee Hyatt, all of Hennessey; eight grandchildren Josh, Aaron, Chris, Joseph, Danielle, Braden, Travis, Britnie and eight great-grandchildren.

Lovina was preceded in death by her husband Jim, daughter Teresa, two brothers and one sister.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or charity of choice with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
