Services for Stephanie “Steph” Hooley, 53 will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday April 27, 2021 at Hennessey Cemetery Pavilion officiated by Jimmy Berkenbile and Shannan Humphrey.

Funeral arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Steph was born in Enid on May 25, 1967 to Ralph and Lana Sue Stribel Hooley and died Thursday April 22, 2021 at her home southwest of Hennessey. She graduated from Hennessey High School in 1985. Steph had many talents; it has been said that she could do anything from shoeing a horse to build you a house. She was well known for her infectious smile and laughter.

Steph is survived by one brother Ronald “Roddy” Hooley of Kingfisher, her two dogs Tank and Sonny; one uncle Gary Stribel and wife Dona of El Reno, one aunt Merle Ann Miller of Tonkawa; numerous cousins and lifelong friends who were dear to her.

She was preceded in death by her father Ralph Hooley, her mother Lana Holloway, maternal grandparents Fred and Doris Stribel, paternal grandparents Larry and Ruth Hooley, one uncle Ricky Hooley, and special cousin Nancy Ann Davis.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to Furever Friends animal rescue, American Cancer Society, or charity of donors.
