Beverley Ann Childs Mehojah, resident of Ponca City, passed Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in Oklahoma City. She was 65 years of age.

Beverley was born December 30, 1948 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of George Childs and Virginia Lonelodge Childs. She attended the Red Rock public schools. She was baptized as a child in the Red Rock Assembly of God Church. She was married to Jesse Mehojah on September 27, 1967 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Beverley had held many managerial positions in the gaming industry. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren, and going with Jesse to the casino.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse, of the home two sons, Justin Mehojah and wife Ada, and Jesse Mehojah and wife Lori, all of Ponca City two sisters, Mary Meeks of Shawnee and Georgette Childs Atkins of Red Rock one brother, Roy M. Childs and wife JoLavon, of Red Rock three grandchildren, Joshua, Jory and Jessa Mehojah one great grandchild, Jaxson Mehojah numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents two brothers, Maurice Childs and Eugene Littleraven four sisters, Jennie Littleraven, Lorene Littleraven, Christine Littleraven and Ruth Goodblanket.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2014 at Grace Memorial Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Washunga Cemetery North of Newkirk.
