Nancy was born November 1, 1935 on her family's farm outside of Billings, Oklahoma, to Paul and Martha (Brady) Caskey. She married Raymond (Dough) Phillip Lopeman December 8, 1951; they welcomed five children. She was a devoted mother and wife, with a love for all children. She opened Lots for Tots daycare center in her home and enjoyed a house full of children for over forty years. Nancy was a member of the First Christian Church and spent many years volunteering in the nursery. Following her retirement, she volunteered as a child advocate and enjoyed making baby blankets for donation. She loved attending Tonkawa football games and could be seen watching from her car behind the end zone. She loved to crochet and make quilts and create crafts of all kinds.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Dough and three of her children: Steven Lopeman, Vicky (Lopeman) Bartlett, and Virgil Lopeman; brother, Ralph Caskey; grandson, Trent Lopeman; great-grandson, Jason Cantrell and longtime partner, Leslie Butters.

She is survived by two children; daughter Terry Reed (and partner, Arnie) of Sumner, OK, and son Roy Lopeman (and fiancé, Pamela Moody) of Tonkawa, and her sister Caroline Bernardy (and husband, Bob). Grandchildren include Joshua Bartlett, Michelle Lanham, Kaylynn Cantrell, Joseph Leiding and Casey Leiding, as well as their families. She is also survived by husband, Charles Perry. Additionally, many nieces, nephews, and children she once cared for will lovingly remember her. We encourage everyone to share their fondest memories at www.troutfunerahome.com.
