Peggy Louise Bass Neeley, age 69 of Tonkawa, OK left this life on earth in the early morning of April 6th, 2023 at home with her family by her side.A Graveside Ceremony will be held at 2 PM on Thursday April 13th, 2023 at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Tonkawa, OK under the direction of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service of Enid, OK with Gary Wilburn officiating.

Peggy was born August 29th 1953 in Blackwell, OK to Ellis Edgar Bass and Martha Ruth Bass.

She grew up and attended school in Blackwell, OK until she married the love of her life Charles Thomas Neeley on June 1st 1972.They were married for 50 years at the time of her death.They made their home and raised their children in Tonkawa, OK.Through out her life she had 2 jobs including Southwest Cupid in Blackwell, OK and The Snack Bar at NOC in Tonkawa, OK then the rest of her life she was a homemaker enjoying going camping, spending time with her children, grandchildren and family.She also enjoyed playing Bingo online where she met a lot of wonderful people all around the world that became such wonderful friends.Everyone who met her just loved her, she had a heart of gold.

She is survived by her husband Charles Thomas Neeley of their home in Tonkawa, Daughter Misty Neeley of Tonkawa Daughter Martha Parker and husband Travis Parker.Her 3 grandchildren Marissa, Cochanna and Joshua Parker all of Tonkawa.A sister Janice Loftis and Brother in law Don Loftis, Sister Vickie Bass, Brother Clyde Bass and his wife Sharon Bass all of Ponca City, Sister Carol Ann Blackburn of Texas. 3 daughter's not blood related but she loved them as her own Tonya Killman Spaulding, Ada Tedder Amanda Rosebery, numerous not blood related grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her beloved Son Kevin Neeley, parents Ellis and Ruth Bass, Sister Barbara Gilbert, Brothers Jim Bass, John Welsh and Michael Bloxsom

Pallbearers are Gary Neeley, Robert Milligan and the Tonkawa Masonic Lodge. Honorary Pallbearers are Travis Parker, Scott Funk and The Retired Tonkawa Firefighters

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate to Hospice.
