May 31, 1973 - July 15, 2025

Lonnie Gene Neeley, 52, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Viewing will be from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, both at Trout Funeral Home. A Graveside Ceremony will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at IOOF Cemetery in Tonkawa, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.

Lonnie was born on Thursday, May 31, 1973, in Blackwell, OK, to Gary and Sue (Milligan) Neeley. After graduating from high school, he entered the work force as a parts specialist and mechanic. He worked many years for Champlin Motors. He loved Motocross, where he was a flag man, and volunteered for many events. He enjoyed fishing, and helping his family and friends.

Lonnie is survived by: his parents, Sue and Gary Neeley of Ponca City, OK; children, Kathlene Clark of Blackwell, OK, Jessica Smith and her husband, Dale, of Fostoria, OH, and Braiden Neeley of Rosalia, KS; grandchildren, Russell Clark, Alexandra Clark, Tyler Ray Smith, Isabella Renee Smith, Jaxon Chevy Smith, Olive Elizabeth Smith, Mavrik Micheal Smith; brother, David Milligan; brother-in-law, Doug Hailings; and great-niece, Lily Hailings, and Julie Blazer. Nieces Samatha Comer and Marenia Barrows. He is preceded in death by: his son, Micheal Neeley; sister, Darlene Hailings; and grandparents.
