Adella Rose Padgett died May 10, 2015 at Stillwater Medical Center. A visitation/rosary will be held from 6:00 to 8:00, Monday, May 11 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am Tuesday with Father Ken Harder officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary?s Catholic Cemetery, 1206 S Waverly St, Ponca City. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Adella was born December 25, 1933 in Caldwell, Kansas to William and Dorothy Mae Metzinger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and William; her siblings; and her husband Warren.

Adella is survived by three children, Deborah, Jerry, and Richard; and seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Judith Karman Bristol Hospice, PO Box 818, Stillwater, OK 74076.

Joe Burgert, longtime Ponca City resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001 at his home. He was 80.
