Orland Youngblood Jr., resident of Tryon, Oklahoma, passed Thursday, September 30, 2010 at the Stillwater Medical Center. He was 77.

Orland was born on August 30, 1933 at Oasis, Missouri, the son of Clarence Youngblood and Ina Dixon Youngblood. He received his early education in the Blue Eye, Missouri area schools. He lived at Blue Eye until the 1960s when the family moved to Oklahoma. Orland served his country in the United States Army prior to a medical discharge. He had lived at Tryon, Oklahoma since 1982. Orland was a retired auto mechanic and his enjoyment was working on old cars.

He is survived by his three sons, Orland Clarence Youngblood Jr. and wife, Tricia, of Ponca City, Ricky Gene Youngblood and girlfriend, Linda Ball, of Oklahoma City and Geoff Allen Youngblood and wife, Alicia Beebe, Luther, Oklahoma former wife, Janice Hicks of Oklahoma City one brother, Conall Youngblood, of Oklahoma City four grandchildren, April Louise Daigle, Shelbi Louise Youngblood, Sydni Lynn Youngblood and Bailey Nicholee Youngblood three great grandchildren, Travis Lynn Hamilton, Angela Mary Hamilton and Jacob Alan Noble. Other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents 5 brothers and 1 sister.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2010 at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Don Stanton presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
