Billy George ''Bosco'' Robbins, longtime Marland resident, passed Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at his home. He was 78 years of age.

Bill was born April 25, 1937 in Ponca City, the son of Joseph Robbins and Dorothy (Pond) Robbins. He attended the Red Rock Schools. He was married to Emma Jane ''Jeannie'' Menkhoff on September 20, 1955 in Ponca City. Bill was employed many years as a repair mechanic with the Wetmore Company in Tonkawa later known as United Farm Tools.

His enjoyments were Mud Runs, building and restoring tractors, camping with his family and he loved restoring old tractors alongside his wife Jeannie.

He is survived by his children, Bonnie Robbins and companion Mike Moore, of Ponca City, Billy Joe Robbins and wife Vera, of Marland, Lily ''Tiny'' Reed and husband Marvin, of Arkansas City, Kansas and Chuck Robbins and wife Holly, of Ponca City; his siblings Jolene Hutchison of Red Rock, Janie Robbins of Arizona and Judy Cooper of Arkansas City; 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Jeannie; one daughter, Roxanne Matthews; one grandson, Timothy Robbins; sister Thelma Bennett; two brothers, Roy Richard Robbins and Harold Robbins; one niece Joyce Tautfest.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at Grace Memorial Chapel with Hospice Chaplain Mike Sweetman presiding. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Casket bearers are Joe Robbins, Chuck Robbins, Chuck Robbins II, Parker Beard, John Sanders and Marty Schneeberger. Honorary casket bearers are Troy Corwell, James Matthes and Tony Bennett.

Bill had requested that at his funeral all attendees wear white shirts and blue jeans if possible.
