Lucille Elnora Patterson, age 89, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday August 7, 2019 at Alliance Health, in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Resthaven Memorial Park with pastor Scott Melton. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory. The family would like for you to leave memories of Lucille at www.troutfuneralhome.com

Lucille was born on April 7, 1930 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Charles Edmondson and Mary Leona (Harris) Hunter. Lucille married Raymond Patterson on November 15, 1946 in Ponca City. She worked as a cafeteria worker at Ponca City Public Schools. She loved crosswords and word searches, camping and bird watching. Lucille was also quite good at checkers and spent time writing in her journal. Lucille was a member of the Albright United Methodist Church. She had a strong faith in god. Lucille enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren, they were a great joy to her life. Family meant the world to her.

Survivors include: son, Lloyd Patterson and his wife Colleen of Ponca City; daughter, Diana Patterson of Ponca City; grandchildren, Ashley Gray, Amy Huster, Chad Patterson, Kyle Patterson; great-granchildren, Lexie Huster, Logan Huster, Wyatt Patterson, Alyda Durfey, Jadyn Patterson and Jadyson Lewis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Rick Patterson; brothers Ray, Louis, Leroy, Lester, Arthur and step-sister, Margie.

Honorary casket bearers will be Justin Huster, Kevin Miller, Dennis Hunter, Philip Hunter, Keith Hunter, and all six great grandchildren.
