Donna Mae (Schlosser) Moreland passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at her home in Blackwell. Donna was born on March 25, 1950 in Mott, North Dakota to her parents, Adam and Marie Magdalena (Jacob) Schlosser. She grew up in Mott and graduated from Mott Lincoln High School in 1968. On June 30, 1975, Donna married the love of her life, Frank K. Moreland in Hugoton, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, Kyle Moreland.

Donna is survived by her husband, Frank of Blackwell, son, Chad and wife Jessica Moreland of Kearney, MO, daughter, Tonya and husband Matt Hill of Blackwell, sisters, Dianne and husband Jack Tomac of Rapid City, SD, Delores Schlosser of Hettinger, ND, Della and husband Chuck Hansen of Rapid City, SD, Debbie Wolff of Hettinger, ND, Judy and husband Mike Keithly of Crosby, TX, and Jane Schlosser of Houston, TX, seven grand children and 2 great-grandchildren and a third great-grandchild due on February 4th.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Blackwell on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. A rosary wake service will be held at the Trout Funeral Home Chapel in Blackwell on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Donna's family will be greeting friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Casketbearers will be: Brian Welsch, Brent Welsch, Chris Tomac, Kent Tomac, Adam Keithly, Andrew Keithly, Pat Schlosser, and Trevor Wolff.

Honorary Casketbearers will be: Cody McDonald, Cassandra Dorantes, Cheyenne Moreland, Jace Moreland, Dustin Hill, Marissa Hill, and Samantha Hill.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Donna Moreland Memorial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Blackwell to help children attend youth camp. Checks can be made out to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in care of Donna Moreland Memorial fund and be mailed to 315 W. Blackwell Ave., Blackwell, OK 74631.

Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home of Blackwell.
