Frances LaVern Klinger was welcomed into the arms of Jesus, Tuesday May 31, 2016, she was 83 years old.

She was born to the late Alfonso Burl & Josephine Pearl (Burden) Pugh on August 27,1932, in Mangum, OK. She married the late Richard Roland Klinger on Septemeber 14,1962, making their home first in Blackwell, OK before moving to Ponca City in 1963. They enjoyed 48 years of marriage until his passing in 2010. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Ponca City, OK and later a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Paducah, KY after moving there in 2005.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and her husband Richard, and an infant son, Darrell.

She is survived by one sister, Fern Hackler of San Angelo, TX; her daughters, Cheryl Hodges and husband Roy of Paducah, KY, and Kim Brown and husband Allen of Ponca City, OK; Grandchildren, Tish Gentry and husband Bryan of Dexter, MO, Nicole Farley and husband Jason of Paducah, KY, Megan Ingrum and husband Brian of Wingo, KY, Tiffany Fowler of Evansville, Indiana, Bobbie Roe and husband Ryan of North Carolina, Earl Hazelton of North Carolina, Roy Hodges Jr and wife Stephanie of Florida, Laura Roberts and family of Paducah, KY, Heather Badley and husband Casey of Ponca City, OK, Amanda Beaston and husband Kalvin of Ponca City, OK, Jessica Fields and husband Josh of Ponca City, OK, and Natalie Brown and husband Drue of Stillwater, OK; 30 great grandchildren, and 10 great- great grandchildren. She made us all feel like we were her favorite and will be greatly missed!!

Viewing at Grace Memorial Chapel, Sunday, June 5 from l-6pm Graveside service at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Monday, June 6 @llam.

Casket bearers: Casey Badley, Kalvin Beaston, Josh Fields, Drue Brown, Clifton Gentry, & Caleb Gentry Honorary casket bearers: Bryan Gentry, Jason Farley, Brian Ingrum, Roy Hodges, & Allen Brown.
