JoVita Frances (Grieving) Harvey

Graveside services for JoVita Frances Harvey, 93, Ponca City resident, will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in Resthaven Cemetery with Steven Estep officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

JoVita was born on October 28, 1926 in Nashville, Kansas, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Albers) Grieving, and passed away on July 29, 2020 in Ponca City. She graduated from Kingman High School with the class of 1944. JoVita married the late Keith Harvey. She worked as a secretary for many years. Survivors include her children, Roy Lee Rambo of New Jersey, Bruce Rambo of Ponca City, Marilyn Gubics of Pennsylvania, and Susan McGinnis of Ponca City; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Keith, JoVita was preceded in passing by her parents and her son, Bruce Rambo. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.

Keith Harvey, resident of Ponca City, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2011, at the Ponca City Medical Center. He was 92. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Trout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lyndon Howard, officiating. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Florence (Jolliffe) Harvey, one son Darrell Harvey, three sisters and one brother.

He is survived by his wife JoVita, five children, seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Keith served in the United States Army during WWII.
