Otis V. Brown longtime Ponca City resident passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 in Ponca City with his loving wife by his side. He was 78 years of age. Otis was born March 25, 1941 in Ponca City, OK to Hobart and Dora Eaton Brown.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Larry Nigh officiating. Visitation will be at Grace Memorial Chapel Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Otis grew up in Ponca City and attended the Ponca City school system. He met the love of his life Norma L. Tewell and they were married August 25, 1993 and they made their home in Ponca City, OK. Otis worked in the Conoco refinery retiring in 1995 then he worked with his wife in Norma B Ceramics and Sara Lee for the last 15 years working with his wife. Otis was a member of the Osage Heights Baptist Church and the Moose Lodge serving on the Board for numerous years. He enjoyed throwing Darts and going to tournaments, watching old westerns and Game shows. Otis was also a avid OU fan.

Otis leaves behind to cherish his memories are his wife Norma of 26 years, 3 daughters; Susan Walker of Belle Plain, KS LeAnn Rogers and husband Paul of Ponca City, OK and Missy Ratliff and husband Mike of Red Rock, OK 1 son; Darren Brown and wife Tina of Ponca City, OK 1 Brother; Jerry Brown and 6 sisters; Bessie Taylor, Lena Auld, Willie Racho, Edith Adkins, Judy Fox, Sharon Hodges and husband Jack all of Ponca City, OK. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Otis was preceded in death by his parents, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
