With sadness and acceptance of the will of God, we convey the news of the passing of Samira Hussein Agha, wife of Dr. Ahmad Saleh Agha. May Allah bless her soul.

Samira Agha, 75, beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on May 25, 2021. She entered this world on December 4, 1945 in Acre, Palestine, born to Hussein Agha and Aminah Al-Safadi. She is survived by her husband Dr. Ahmad Agha; daughter Sherene Agha; daughter Malak Stewart; son Lieutenant Commander, USN Bilal Agha; grandson Mahmoud Taleb; grandson Malik Taleb; granddaughter Laya-Noelle El-Nachar; grandson Zackariah El-Nachar; granddaughter Leena El-Nachar; grandson Makai Agha; grandson Senna Agha; brother Yehia Agha; sister Hidaia Agha; daughter-in-law Lieutenant Commander, USN Kelly Agha; son-in-law Harry Stewart II; step-grandson Harry Stewart III; step-granddaughter Alaina Stewart. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021.

Samira was born in Palestine and at the age of 18 months fled with her family to Beirut, Lebanon as a refugee of war. There she married Dr. Ahmad Agha in 1971 and had her first child in 1973. In 1974, she moved with her family to Saudi Arabia for two years and then immigrated to the United States in 1976.

Samira was a caring and devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother loved by all. Samira was well known in the community for her gentle spirit and excellent cooking. She enjoyed spending time in her flower and herb gardens.
