August 23, 1930 - January 10, 2025

Marjorie "Margie" Ann Parker, 94, of Ponca City, OK, passed away January 10, 2025, at Via Christi Village. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM, January 16, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Leon Veazey officiating. The eulogy will be given by Harry Parker. A Private Burial will take place at Resthaven Memorial Park at a later date.

Margie was born on August 23, 1930, to James Virgil Neely and Ruby Estelle (Smith) Neely in Altus, OK. She graduated from Classen High School and later attended Oklahoma State University. She was married to Richard L. Parker on August 13, 1950, in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked as a homemaker and as a secretary for the family business, Parker Pest Control.

Margie is survived by: son, James Bradford Parker and his wife, Connie Lu, of Ponca City, OK; daughters, Camille Joyce Paterson and her husband, Dave, of Carefree, AZ, and Michele Renee Woolsey and her husband, Kevin Ray of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Whitney Marie Evans and her partner, Shawn and their two children, Caitlin and Shawn Patrick, of Yorktown, VA, Parker Ross Evans of Baltimore, MD, Cody Ray Woolsey of Austin, TX, Christian Chase Woolsey, Spencer Reece Woolsey, both of Houston, TX, and Kasey Dawn Allen of Edmond, OK; great-grandchildren, James Allen and Ellie Allen; sister, Martha Deadrick of Ponca City, OK; nieces and nephews, Brent Parker, Brock Parker, Harry Parker, Joel Parker, Reece Parker, Nathan Parker, Jeannie Parker Lay, and Hannah Hoffmeister. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Richard; and her parents, James and Ruby.
