Robert Clark Mavity, Jr.
September 18, 1970 - March 6, 2026
Robert Clark Mavity Jr, 55, of Ponca City, OK died with his mother on Friday, March 6th, 2026. A Graveside Celebration of Life will be held, 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19th, at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74061.
Robert was born on September 18th, 1970, in Alva, OK to Robert Mavity, Sr., and Susan (Ellis) Anderson. Rob was a graduate from the University of Oklahoma, his passions were baseball, fishing, OU and Pittsburgh Steelers football. We will always know baseball, fishing and football were not what he loved the most, because his love for his Mom always came first! Rob spent his younger years playing baseball, getting kicked out his Mother's salon, and earning a scholarship to play baseball in college.
Robby spent his later years working in car dealerships running service departments in Tulsa and Ponca City. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman, traveling for numerous tournaments and just like he did growing up playing baseball, he won. Rob had the same gift his Mother had, they could make people beautiful just by being around them. He will forever be missed and loved by all who knew him!
Robby is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Sherrill Meyer of Perkins, OK, Michael Ellis of Claremore, OK, Robert Ellis, Jr, of Edmond, OK, and Kim Johnson of Derby, KS along with numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents.
