Haldane Euree Gladden
June 22, 1928 - February 14, 2026
Sapulpa, Oklahoma
Former Ponca City resident Haldane (Tommie) Gladden, daughter of Garland Jennings and Leona Alice (Mintz) Presley, was born June 22, 1928 in Stillwell. Oklahoma and departed life on Feb. 14, 2026 in Sapulpa Oklahoma.
She married William E.C. Gladden in Stilwell, Oklahoma on May 1, 1948. They made their first home in Tulsa, Oklahoma and then settled in Ponca City, Oklahoma in 1950. Together they built a life centered on faith and family and were blessed with three children.
The family holds fond memories of summers spent fishing and camping together. Tommie found her calling when she became a Sales Associate for Dean's Stork Shop and later J.C. Penney's. Her most prized memories were of her Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Her husband of 59 years, William EC Gladden, and brother William Presley.
She is survived by her sister Maxine Malcom of Bixby Ok, daughter Tammie and husband Mark Chambers of Corpus Christi, TX, daughter Nancy Gladden of Sapulpa, OK, Daughter Becky and husband and David Balli of Ecuador; four grandchildren: Daniel Chambers and wife Ashley of Copper Canyon TX Matthew Chambers of Corpus Christi TX, London Balli of Bartlesville OK and Luis Balli and wife Emily of Brooksville, FL, Four Great grandchildren: Luke Chambers, Beau Chambers, Lillian Chambers and Elizabeth Chambers of Copper Canyon Tx. and numerous nieces and nephews
