Georgia was born September 1, 1943, to Frank Joseph Suva and Austie Salda Suva in Prague, Oklahoma. She attended Holy Child Catholic School in Prague, Oklahoma. She was very proud of her Czech heritage and as a young girl served as a Czech princess for the Kolache festival.

She married George Wendell Brown in Prague, Oklahoma. To this union was born son George Franklin Brown and daughter Jackie Cobble Hill. She later married Eldon Lee Cobble and to this union was born daughter Sue Ann Cobble Rutherford.

While her children were still at home, she was a homemaker and rancher's wife in the Bressie Community/Marland. She supported her children in their athletics, FFA, and 4-H. She canned many things from her big garden, and cooked from scratch recipes for her family, bake sales and livestock shows. She taught her children to work hard and how to treat people kindly.

In 1984, she was united in marriage to James David Connor in Ponca City. From this union she gained daughter, Karen Worley. Together James and Georgia shared a love for dancing, traveling and all things family. They were long time members of the Knights of Pythias.

After moving to Ponca City in 1979, Georgia worked in the cafeteria at St. Joseph's hospital in Ponca City. She went to work at the Huffy Bicycle plant when it opened. She was proud to say she was a part of the first bicycle to come off of the assembly line and also the last bicycle when the plant closed. It was not uncommon for her to remark, "I used to work with that person at Huffy" when she was out and about in town. In 1984, James was working at Sonja's Flowers and suggested Georgia come to work there. This began a 29-year career and a dear friendship with Sonja VanHoesen. She loved the fact that she was able to create prom flowers for nearly all of her grandchildren, even traveling out of town if it was necessary.

Georgia was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church participating in several guilds. Her faith was very important to her and she led by example of how to be a faithful servant of the Lord. Any time she could attend church with any of her children or grandchildren the happiness radiated from her.

Her greatest joy was supporting her grandchildren and great grandchildren. If there was a dance recital, pageant, cheerleading, football, basketball, baseball or softball game she did her best to be there rain or shine. It was not uncommon for her to arrive extra early to ensure the best parking spot and the freshest popcorn. This support didn't end with them, she loved all of their friends as if they were her own grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, James Connor, son George Brown, daughters Jackie Hill, Sue Ann (Harley) Rutherford, Karen (Robin) Worley, daughter-in-law Raye Lynne (Fred) Brown and sister-in-law Ann Suva. Grandchildren Angel (Johnny) Fowler, Lacy (Frank III) Villarruel, Lyndsey (Dwayne) Driggers, Michael Cronister, Kayla (Mitchell) Martin, Cody (Ashley) Rutherford, Chandler Brown, and Kennedy Brown. Great grandchildren Chloe Villarruel, Liam Taylor, Gracelyn Fowler, Dwight Driggers, Elye Taylor, Bently Taylor, Jaxston Fowler, Emmett Driggers, Delilah Driggers, Tobyn Cries For Ribs, Kye Cries For Ribs, Major Rutherford and Odin Martin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws ET and Margaret Connor, brother Jerry Suva, sister Eva Boberg, brothers-in-law Edward Connor and Hank Boberg, sons-in-law Wes Hill and Steve Dummer.

Georgia was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother. aunt and friend. In addition to her family, she will be fondly remembered by the many past co-workers, personal friends and the adopted friends of her children and grandchildren. Once she welcomed you in to the family, you were always part of the family. She was never happier than when she was surrounded by those she loved. She loved unconditionally and we will miss her huge heart, her welcoming spirit and wise counsel.
