Nelcine Rose Warrior, 57 years and 19 days, of Ponca City, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 in Wichita , KS. Nelcine was born on July 12, 1955 in Pawnee, OK to Bronson and Vivian Blueback Roughface.

Nelcine was a homemaker and lifelong area resident. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family occasions, cooking and going to casinos. She had been married to Clement Warrior. Nelcine was preceded in death by her parents, Brothers Sisters Nelson Roughface, Teddy Overland, Jarvis Leroy, Gladys Burris, Alan Blueback, 1 grandchild Kynnedy Thela Rhea and 2 Nephews Harry Blue Back, Jr. and Jack Marvin Hernandez, JR. and her companion Matthew Buffalohead, SR.

Nelcine is survived by her children Emmett Hall of Red Rock, OK, Cylenia and Eddy Clark of Marland, OK, Evona and DeForrest Pappan of Ponca City, OK and Sevetlana and Jerome West of Ponca City, OK. Sisters and Brothers Roxanna and Simon Cornell of Ponca City, Bronson and Jeanie Roughface, JR. of Ponca City, Mary Jo Phillips of Copan, OK, Rebecca and John DeHart of Ponca City, Bethany and Andrew Herrera of Arkansas City, KS, Camilla and Ben Arkeketa of Ponca City, OK, Karen Littlecook of Ponca City, OK, Lucinda Whitetail of Ponca City, OK, Orlando Williams of Ponca City, OK and Chuck and Midge Blueback of Ponca City, OK. 16 Grandchildren DahDayWe, Ivy, Sydney, Brandi, Elijah, Lance, Margaret, Ean, Tavia, Baptiste JR., Elise, Ilia, Daniel, Kiefer, Lovieanne and Matthius. Great Grandchildren Lorelei, Daniel JR. and Erik.

Wake Service will be at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 2, 2012 with Traditional Meal at NOON on Friday, August 3, 2012. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday all at the White Eagle United Methodist Church with Pastor Jimmy White officiating. Burial will follow at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery of White Eagle, OK.
