Clifford Walkingsky, Jr., 57, of Ponca City, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS. 


Clifford was born on July 8, 1955 in Ponca City to Clifford and Mollie (Kent) Walkingsky. 


Clifford was a lifelong area resident, graduating from Ponca City High School in 1973. He worked for 7 Clans Bingo and had been a laborer at the Blackwell Foundry until it closed. 

Clifford was preceded in death by his father, 2 Brothers; Francis and Alfred, 3 Sisters; Edith, Alfreda and Clourine. 

Clifford is survived by his mother-Mollie Walking Sky of Ponca City, Children; Candace Three Stars Williams of Ponca City, Nicole Blanchard of Ponca City, Charlotte Brown of Tulsa, Lisa Brown of Shawnee, Angie Brown of OKC and Martha Brown of Shawnee. Sisters; Sylvia Davis of Ponca City, Janice Jones of Anadarko, Dawn Buffalohead of Marlow, Toni Allen of Pawhuska, Casandra Chestnut of Cyril. Grandchildren; Octavia Brown and Christine Blanchard. Host of nieces and nephews. 


Wake services will be 7 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday at the White Eagle United Methodist Church, Traditional meal will be at Noon on Thursday. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the White eagle United Methodist Church with Brother Jimmy White officiating. Burial will follow in the Ponca Tribal Cemetery. 


Casket bearers will be; Francis Brown, Virgil Knoxsile, Kenneth Marvin Brown, Jr., Clifford Charles LeClair, Travis Parker and Jason Lee Williams. Honorary casket bearers will be; Robert Cole, Jesse LeClair, Harley Buffalohead, Asa Edward Davis, Jr., Clifford Mark Blanchard, III and Owen Lee Hawipta.
