Haley Michelle Primeaux, resident of Ponca City, passed Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Ponca City Medical Center. She was 4 years of age.

Haley was born September 17, 2010 in Ponca City, the daughter of Herbert Primeaux and Polly Bales. She had recently graduated from the Ponca Tribal Head Start program. She was so outgoing and loved her family, her school and her teachers. Haley always awoke with a smile and passed it on to others along with her hugs and kisses. She also loved collecting live frogs.

She is survived by her parents, Herbert Primeaux and Polly Bales; one brother, Herbert Primeaux Jr. and one sister, Esther Primeaux; her paternal grandparents, Elaine and Curtis Primeaux; her maternal grandparents, Esther and Carlos Bales; her maternal great grandmother, Yvonne Montgomery; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family and friends.

Funeral services to be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the Ponca Indian United Methodist Church with Rev. Louis Headman and Bro. Jimmy White presiding. Burial will be in the Ponca Tribal Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.

Casket bearers are Junior and Herbert Primeaux, and Tanner and Albert Zotigh. Honorary casket bearers are Robert Simpson, Carlo Bales, Casey Bales, Elison Primeaux and Robert Primeaux
