Marie Page, former resident of Ponca City, passed September 2, 2015 in Oklahoma City. She was 52 years of age.

Marie was born March 8, 1963 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Nathaniel Page Sr. and Ann Constance LeClair Page. She received her early education in the Chilocco Indian School.

Marie had given her life to the Lord on March 28, 2005. Her enjoyments included being around her grandchildren, sitting on her porch visiting with friends, listening to her oldies, taking long walks, family gatherings and visiting various churches in Oklahoma City. She always carried a smile on her face no matter what her situation was. Her family will always remember the large delicious biscuits she was known for making.

She is survived by her six children, Gail Constance DeLodge of Oklahoma City, Rowena Lori DeLodge of Tulsa, Tabatha Nannette Page of Ponca City, Sophia Anitra Warrior of Ponca City, Erica Lynn West and Nichole Louise West, both of Weleetka, Oklahoma; five grandchildren; two sisters, Zoie Nannett Page of Ponca City and Mary Page Coon of Konawa, Oklahoma; five brothers, Nathaniel Page Jr. and Daniel Page, both of Ponca City, Albert Page of Oklahoma City, Preston Page of Ada, Oklahoma and Richard Page of Shawnee, Oklahoma; several other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Robert Morris Page; and one sister, Rowena Jackie Page.

Prayer services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, September 04, 2015 at the Ponca Indian Baptist Church. A noon meal will be served on Saturday, September 5, 2015 also at the church followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Ponca Indian Tribal Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.

Casket bearers are Marcus Page, Morris Page, Michael Page, Brownie Isham, Nathaniel Brownie Page and Victor Sosa. Honorary casket bearers are brothers Nathanial Page Jr., Daniel Page, Albert Page, Preston Page, Richard Page and Jeremy Whitehorn.
