Wayne Howard Cries For Ribs

February 10, 1964 ~ June 14, 2021

Wayne Cries For Ribs, 57 years old, resident of Ponca City, Ok, reunited with his parents and siblings on June 14, 2021 at 4:55 p.m. in Jay, Ok.. Wayne was the youngest of Howard and Lucy Cries For Ribs. He attended Ponca City Public Schools. He enjoyed playing basketball, softball and horse shoes. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. His favorite thing to do was watch Price is Right. He is a big OU fan.

He is survived by his children, son Joseph Factor and wife Chelsea Factor of Jay, Ok., Liddiea Harjochee and husband Josh Wilson of Ada, Ok. And his longtime companion Rebecca Factor. Grandchildren; Titus, Tyren, Jazlyn, Maysen, Alexia, Michael, Amelia, Chelo and Joshua Jr., and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father Howard Cries For Ribs; mother Lucy (Big Snake) Cries For Ribs; sister, Velda McClellan; brother Robert Cries For Ribs Sr; brother Ivan Cries For Ribs.

Casket bearers are Travis Mallory, Mathew Baker, Josh Wilson, Sam LeClair and Galvis Whiteagle. Honorary casket bearers are John Warrior and Anthony Warrior.

On Friday June 18, 2021 services will be conducted following the Traditional Noon Feast at the Ponca Tribal Cultural Center with burial in the Ponca Tribal Cemetery.
