Michael Duane Ramsey
December 21, 1950 ~ February 12, 2023 (age 72)

Michael Ramsey, 72, beloved brother and friend, passed away on February 12, 2023, at Ponca City Hospital. He entered this world on December 21, 1950, in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the loving son of Dee and C.E. Ramsey.

He was a member of the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Michael was an avid motorcycle rider and loved Harley Davidson bikes and owned many. He also loved camping and he loved animals, especially his two dogs. Michael will mostly be remembered for his sense of humor and jokes.

Those left behind to cherish Michael's memory are his daughter, Natalia Zazueta; grandchildren: Jarren and Asia Grimsley, Michael Hudson; his siblings: Ruth Lewis, Harold Ramsey, Cindy Montes, Kathy Westcott, Sam Adams, Fred Adams, and Ellen Murray; his longtime companion Theresa Headman; and his best friend Jody Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: A.C. Ramsey, Bo Adams, and Lester Adams.

Funeral services for Michael will be on Friday, February 17th, 2023, 2 p.m., at the Carolyn Renfro Center in the Fireside Room. Burial will follow at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery.

Pallbearers are: Jarren Grimsley, Michael Hudson, Aaron Lewis, Michael Ramsey, Lonnie Ramsey, Kirvin Murray, Josh Murray, and Jordan Murray.
