Mark Allen Taylor, resident of Ponca City, passed September 12, 2014 at his home. He was 46 years of age.

Mark was born June 30, 1968 in Ponca City, the son of William Douglas Taylor and Gloria Jean Keeler Taylor. He attended the Ponca City schools. He was a welder by trade and had been employed with Mertz Corp. for several years. He was also a flagman at many of the Ponca City Motocross Races. His enjoyments included hunting, fishing, music, motorcycles and welding. He was very well liked and loved, with the ability to make friends easily.

He is survived by two sisters, Brenda Stephenson and Dawn Kendrick, of Ponca City and one brother, David Taylor of Vinita, Oklahoma other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents one brother, Danny Taylor maternal and paternal grandparents.

A committal service will be held at 11:30 on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the Ponca City I.O.O.F. Hope Chapel with Garry Wilburn, associated pastor of the Kaw City Oak Grove Baptist Church presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
