Evelyn Darlene Osborn Smith, 94, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on Friday, June 3, 2022. A Graveside Ceremony will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, June 6, 2022, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery Pavilion, with Reverend Richard Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.

Evelyn was born on November 29, 1927, in Liberal, KS, to Floyd and Mabel Baird. She and her husband loved to travel across the United States. They often would set off on an adventure, with no destination planned. She loved Christmas and made sure the holidays were a special time for her family. She loved God and her family and enjoyed taking care of her husband and children.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Ted Eberley, Casey Osborn, Sheri Tate and Gina Gray and 14 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Macular Degeneration Association, 5969 Cattleridge Boulevard, Suite 100, Sarasota, FL 34232.
