Ponca City IOOF Cemetery


Mary Ellen Mackey, resident of Ponca City, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at her residence. She was 73. A graveside service will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Jack Adams officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mary was born on October 18, 1939 to Clifford McKnight and Wanda (Griffen) McKnight in Arkansas City, Kansas. She was married to Carl Dean Mackey on October 24, 1963. She worked as a Home Maker.

She is survived by two daughters Lisa Nickles and Deanna Mackey of Ponca City, one sister Netta Hershal of Fl., and one brother Chet McKnight of Ark City, KS.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma 1904 N. Union, Ste. 103, Ponca City, OK 74601 and to March of Dimes 6051 Brookline Oklahoma City, OK 73112.
