November 27, 1964 - July 1, 2018

Deanna Marie Mackey, resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018 in Oklahoma City. She was 53 years old.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 2 pm Friday, July 6, 2018 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Ponca City with Pastor Jack Adams officiating. Friends may pay their respects at Trout Funeral Home on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 8am-8pm. Services are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory in Ponca City.

Deanna was born on November 27, 1964 in Ponca City to Carl Dean and Mary (McKnight) Mackey. Deanna enjoyed searching for treasures at garage sales and thrift stores and loved gardening outdoors. She also worked at the Opportunity Center. Deanna never met a stranger and was a friendly face to everyone she met.

She is survived by her sister, Lisa and husband Klinton Nickles of Ponca City, brothers, Gary Mackey and James Mackey both of Oklahoma City, uncle, Chester McKnight, and many loving cousins and friends too numerous to list.

Deanna was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Gilbert and Blanch Mackey and Clifford and Wanda McKnight.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ponca City Humane Society, 900 W. Prospect, Ponca City, OK 74601.
