Delores ''Dee'' E. Harbeson age 82, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Grace Memorial Chapel with the Pastor Dennis Wildman of the Burbank First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Visitation hours will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 with the family receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Grace Memorial Chapel. Friends may leave online condolences at www.gracememorialchapel.net.

Delores ''Dee'' Ethel Harbeson was born September 29, 1934 in Perry, Oklahoma to Cecil F. and Jewell G. (Mason) Horton. She grew up in Perry, Oklahoma and attended schools there. On June 29, 1957 Dee married Orie F. Whitmore and the couple moved to Ponca city in 1952. Orie preceded her in death on September 28, 1992. Dee worked at Roberts Garment Factory and at the First National Bank in Ponca City for many years. Dee was owner/broker of Town & Country Properties in Ponca City, Oklahoma. On October 6, 1994 Dee married James H. Harbeson in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Ponca City Womens Bowling Association, VFW Women's Auxillary, Inducted into the P.C.W. Bowling Hall of Fame in 2000, Sweet water social club, and bowled in the Wendesday Foursome league and senior citizen bowling league.

Survivors include one step daughter Lyndall Dowling of Council Grove, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Dee was preceded in death by both husbands Orie and James; parents two brothers Hubert and Harold Horton and one sister Bernice Soderlund.
