Denise Davis Eddinger

Denise D. Eddinger, longtime resident of Ponca City, passed Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. She was 56.

Denise was born September 16, 1953 in Ponca City, the daughter of Kenneth E. and Wilima L. Davis. She was married to Timothy Jay Eddinger on June 10, 2000 in Ponca City. Denise's family owned the Ponca Roller Rink where she spent most of her time with family and friends. Her enjoyments included sports and going to the lake.

She is survived by her son, Shannon; one brother, Ken Davis, Ada, Oklahoma; one sister, Jo Ella Davarapanah, Edmond, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Tim, on January 22, 2006.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 in the Hope Chapel on the grounds of the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel. Denise's guestbook may be signed at www.gracememorialchapel.net

Timothy J. "Tim" Eddinger , 42, paint and body repairman, died Sunday January 22, 2006. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
