Helen Coleen Dunham, longtime resident of the Red Rock and Ponca City area, passed Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the Ponca City Medical Center. She was 75.

Coleen was born August 30, 1933 in rural Ponca City, the daughter of Herbert Hayes and Gladys Faye Winchell Hayes. She was a graduate of Red Rock High School. She married Charles Ray Charlie Dunham on May 17, 1951 in Ponca City. The couple lived in Wichita, Kansas prior to moving to the Red Rock community in 1959. Coleen was a homemaker and her interests included antiquing. She was a member of the Newkirk First Baptist Church.

Coleen is survived by one daughter, Pam Regnier and husband, Larry, of Ponca City; one son, Tony Dunham and wife, Marsha, of Bartlesville; five grandchildren, John Regnier, Joshua Regnier and wife, Lindsey, Jeremiah Regnier and wife, Courtney, Kaley Warren and husband, Steve, and Bethany Nave and husband, Bradon; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and two sisters, Delores Kay and Janice Wright.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2009 at Grace Memorial Chapel.

The family will be holding private graveside services.
